I got the collectors edition like a year after its release for $30 at a gamestop while on vacation in Pennsylvania! Totally worth it!

Rum & Nuka is in Fallout: New Vegas, and is available only at the Atomic Wrangler after you've done a certain set of missions.

Ya, I know. Logically the rum and Nuka-Cola still has to be mixed to make a "Rum & Nuka" so I stand by my statement. :p
